Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays) from the date of order confirmation. Shipments are made via Canada Post, and customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: inclement weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, or other unforeseen events.
Inventory and Availability:
In the event that an item, size, or color is out of stock or unavailable, or if any other issue prevents timely shipment, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery timeframe.

By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges that delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and the company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from delayed delivery. The customer assumes all risk associated with shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.
