All of our products are made to order, including customized and print-on-demand items. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind.

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
